Policy arranged directly through We Insure Extra

If you need to cancel an insurance policy that has been arranged directly through We Insure Extra, please contact us on 0121 401 1313.

You are entitled to cancel an insurance policy purchased through We Insure Extra within 14 days from the date of the day conclusion of the contract or the date you receive the policy contractual terms and conditions if this is later, and receive a refund (unless you have made a claim within this time). This refund may be subject to a charge from the Insurer for the period of cover that you have received – Please see the policy terms and conditions for full details. The underwriter may decide to retain its arrangement with you.

We Insure Extra will make a minimum charge of £20 to cover the costs of arranging the insurance.

Once the 14 days period has expired, you may cancel your insurance policy, but no refund of premiums already paid will be given.
