Filing A Claim

Should you wish to claim under any policy purchased through We Insure Extra, you should refer to your policy documents which will guide you in your best suited method to register your claim.

Full Insurance Policies

Customers who have purchased a policy through the insurance comparison facility on this site should contact their insurer directly in the event of a claim.


You will be able to a complete a claim form online via the company website. You will then receive communication confirming your claim number and a list of documents that you will be required to return. Please either email or post a copy of the claim form you completed online with all the required documentation to the appropriate email address or postal address.


If you do not have access to the internet and would like to send your claim via post, please refer to your policy documents which will give you the postal address to write to.


Please call the Claims Administrator on the number provided within your policy documents to register your claim. An acknowledgement letter with a claim form for you to complete will be sent out to you. This correspondence will include a list of documents required to support your claim. Please post a copy of this acknowledgement, the completed claim form and all supporting documentation to the address set out within your policy documents.
